Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Doug. I just got my T500 still about a month ago. My first run did not turn out great, however, this time around I'm running the Tomato Paste Wash n have got some tips on cuts so hopefully this one goes better! It is so good to have this platform where I as a beginner can reach out to more experienced distillers who are willing to share their knowledge so thank you!

Hi Doug :handgestures-thumbupleft: Welcome to the Rabbit Hole mate where from your other thread it does look like about to fall straight in :laughing-rolling:

Now with a T-500 all you can make is neutral period and to make whisky one either needs a pot still or bubbler :handgestures-thumbupleft: Now on saying that with your 90% you make from the TPW after cuts soak say some fruit in a jar to make what we call a tincture then use that to flavour your neutral. This way you can learn just how easy it is make that special drop as you go further down the Rabbit Hole :laughing-rolling:

Welcome Doug
Just take your time mate and try to dial in what you like rather than what others say you should be choosing
