Hey everyone. Thanks for the excellent resource. I've been following your advice for a few years now with excellent results. Please excuse me if I do things wrong. I have even less experience with forums than I do with distilling :D
I'm mostly just making rum, so far experimenting with french and american oak. I'm interested in trying some different woods, and also trying to make something out of popcorn.
I use a turbo still someone gave me. I welded some reinfocing on the lid because it wasn't sealing well, and packed the column with coiled copper from 3 phase cable. Works a treat.

When you say have a turbo still is that a T-500 ? if so it's only good for making neutral so if you throw up a pic of the still it would be good :handgestures-thumbupleft:
