hi my name is Daniel, just thought i would do my first post here and introduce myself.

Im a full mash beer brewer and ive been doing this for a few years now and have won a couple awards in the state and national comps in australia (enough blowing smoke) :roll:

im looking at making a boka with a 50L keg that i have had sitting around for a while, later down the track i may move to mashing and a pot still seeing as i already have all the mash equipment.

a bok and a keg will serve you well
have a look at TPW in the recipe section it's one of my favorites and is dead easy for great neutral in a bok

theres a few AG beer guys here as well, me for one :)
