Hi Community, well this weekend I joined the distillers world, my experiance is zero other that a very good explaination from the great guy I bought from. Anyway I have not set it up yet thats the weekend job. So any way Just a Hi from me and look forward to any advice or help that you can offer. :shifty:

A mcstill built pot still and 50l keg 2x 2200w elements

Thanks everyone for making me welcome I am hopefully going to make bourbon well that's the plan. My first run is in progress. Still trying to grasp the lingo.

yeah the lingo can be a bit of a hurdle to begin with....confused hell outta me to when I first started......it all becomes easier after a while.
This link might help a little.......it needs a lot of work yet and seems to have fallen by the wayside to some degree.
