Hi Antony,
Just saw your posts & noticed you're around Macksville. We moved up here just over a year ago onto a couple of acres just out of town. I'm just running a T500 & have been using essences & chips to make Whiskeys & Bourbons. Have also made some very nice limoncello using our home grown lemons.
We've got a Pomegranate tree, so if we get enough fruit in the summer, I could give you some for you to try your Brandy.
When I get my 10 posts up, I'll send you a PM & we could meet up.
Cheers
Mike

https://5stardistilling.com/product/wel ... w-element/
Drill a 32mm hole in keg , poke a wire (coat hanger) through the hole and attach to the wires .
Lower the element into the keg and pull out through the hole. Attach backing nut or element guard and your done.
Cheers
