Hi there, I am in auckland NZ. I have been brewing and distilling a few years but a while ago found the HD site and that changed my whole approach. I really like your guys site as its a bit more local.
I have a Spirits unlimited Euro 60 with interchangable reflux and pot columns and have a work in progress as well.
in the fermenters at the moment is a 2gen ujsm using millet instead of corn (got potentual). and a allgrain made with crystal malt and corn :puke-huge: (learning moment)
