Glad to be here. Been on the US site for a few years now and discovered this site in a link.
I've been stilling for a few years and generally make single run big flavour sour mashed UJSSM bourbon styles. Use a 50lt keg with a pot hybrid head. Other than bourbon stlye whiskey do the odd Gin run for Xmas and simply love Old Dog's gin receipe.
Had some time off work a few years back and built a number of stills for the fun of it Boka, VM etc but have settled on the pot long term. Also had time to invest in getting timber and aging to a stlye I like.
