Hi so like most starting out I've bought a HBS set up and wishing I hadn't of already :angry-banghead: plan was to strip with a pot still set up then re run through a t500 for neutral spirit and hopefully make some kickass rum with a mash thru the pot still and avoid making a taste like ass rum if possible. Hope to pick up some advice and tips along the way. Let the rum flow :obscene-drinkingdrunk:
