Hello forum and distillers,

My name is Danny,

I started thinking about distillation about 25 of so years ago but its only recently that i have rediscovered the bug of a new project to jump into.

I have a couple of 50 litre kegs to play with to eventually look at turning into a CCVM though i'm still in the stages of research and investigating my options.

My hobbies at the moment include making hunting and fishing knives spending time outdoors with my family, hunting, a bit of fishing

Oh and i like rum... but forgive me for not having an appreciation of Bundy UP

Cheers

Welcome to AD Danny.

There's lots of great information about making rum floating around the place. Mac's rum recipe is great place to start.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Was actually toying with the idea of a at home furnace for knife making before I purchased the still. With my artistic ability I think I made a good choice going for the still :)
