I have done all the silly things and bought a reflux still first, and did the turbo sugar washes (yuk )
now i bought the pot still top and copper dome and have done a few molasses runs , which smell and taste a lot better , only had time to age with rum chips for 3 months so far
But already tastes a lot better
just did my first run of all grain bourbon and boy that smells a lot better
Hopefully tastes ok in 6 to 12 months
