Hi Guys, thanks for the add. Novice scrub distiller here from Melbourne. Hoping to elevate my final quality from all of the great info here.

I would recommend reading the newbie section then having a think about the equipment you have and what you like to drink and decide what you want to produce.
Then re read the newbie section lol and then scan the tried and proven recipes and pick one that fits what you want. Yes I am sure you will be like a kid in a lolli shop but just pick one and work on it so you can limit the info flow.
Get your shopping,list together and reread the recipe and and re read the newbie section, yes all of it lol.
Then get your wash started and reread the cuts thread in the newbie section, this is so important.
Reread everything as there is so much bloody info in there that it takes a few reads.
Many on here run your gear so yell out and I am sure they will help.
