Thanks Admin team for join up.
I use a Pure Distilling reflux still but have an elembic pot still dome to fit the boiler. So I will be looking for advice and experiences ( good or bad ) to get into this style of distilling. I have successfully ( my wife’s preferred drink and she loves it ) made an ouzo a couple of times but want to get into rums and gins next using the pot still. Hervey Bay is my home!
