Hello ladies and others,
How is the best distilling forum going.
It has been awhile and apart from doing Hand Sanitiser runs I last made spirit in Feb 2021- so so long ago.

In the break I have seen one of my mates go fully commercial and he has won some Gin awards which all started with advice from you all and this wonderful site.and yes Dr he’s re distilling from Manildra- insert eye roll .

I though am still making my stuff using the Dr’s recipe from scratch and giving it time and making the fans wait for handouts.
All the while keeping an eye out for Beaufort T Justice.

I hope you are all well and still have your sense of humour.

I set my baby up in pot mode to strip 100 litres of The Drs TPW this weekend. The EC1118 one - It will be good to see it rocking slowly again.
