Distilling Queenslander says Hi

Hello all,

I've been lurking a bit, reading some old topics. Keen to broaden my knowledge.

Been home-distilling about 18 months on a hobby level using just a 30l fermenter and 4l still spirits air still. Really enjoying the simplicity of it all and messing about with the chemistry of it. Super happy with the results so far.

Hey dylan, welcome to the forum. Lots of QLDers here and lots of guys who started with an airstill. Any questions you have dont be afraid. Likely someone has already thought it and lived it so will have the answer.

Lets see how long before you upgrade :laughing-rolling:

Welcome to AD Dylan.

What kind of spirits are you making with your air still?

Cheers,
Prof. Green.
