Thanks for allowing me to join . I am new to the hobby (5 months) and having a ball.Vodka is my drink of choice so that is what I will be focusing on for the time being. I am about 8 runs in mainly experimenting with various sugar wash’s.

It is amazing how small adjustments can make a big difference. Just remember to take lots of notes. Please don’t ask how I know it is frustrating not being able to remember what you did to produce the drink you are really enjoying :laughing-rolling:
