Hi Matt, welcome to the forum...
I too am in Melbourne so its good to see another user from our neck of the woods, and I too also have just purchased the Air Still Pro, though its still in the box as I am gathering my fermenting gear... Look forward to hearing a review from you about the MVM when you get it going ...

- equipment: Sadly, none as of yet as I am just starting out into the hobby, but I am looking at the T500, Air Still Pro or Vevor stills. Also looking to make spirits only, esp the big 4 (whiskey/bourbon, rum, vodka & gin) so reflux and pot distilling.
