G'day from Murrumbateman

Howdy,
New member, been brewing for 4 years, BJCP judge, interested in making rum (dark and/or spiced), whisky and maybe bourbon. I have a Guten 40L for brewing that I got the alcoengine pot still attachment, so I had most things for this hobby already. Interested in terroir, about to build a dunder bucket to see what funk I can get from my lil old 5 acres.
