Bit late saying gday to everyone!
George here from Brisbane, only been playing around with this hobby for about 12 months, and since then have alrteady gone from the t500 to an awesome bit of kit from 5star the 4" modular pot still, and recently added 3 bubble plates. Into mainly rums and had one crack at a all grain whisky. just started to get into some fruit as well.
This forum has been bloody awesome with all the information available and people willing to help.
So looking forward to learning more!

I went down the same path mate with the 4” pot then added the bubble plates.
You will do well with that gear mate as no doubt you are already discovering
