AD searchHi all, Lemmy here. I have returned to distilling after a long time as I was given a T500 and boiler plus a lot of flavourings. My question is what do you all find to be the closest essence to Bundaberg Red? there was a stack of Coral sea rum essences and I'm liking that but the wife wants a Red rum.

I always say "dont try to emulate, make something you enjoy" because if you try to make something commercial you will always be disappointed.
I do remember trying the Coral sea and liked it, its almost like tipping molasses into neutral :laughing-rolling:
