Greetings from Cairns

Hello all, joined this wonderful site today after being a guest for months. Many years ago I was a home Brewer and in a moment of madness sold my still and all equipment. Looking forward to starting again, albeit very slowly. Sounds like a great place for recipes and a chat with like minded people. Regard to all

I was quite fond of a mixture of qld gold rum/Jamaica dark rum. Made up about 5 litre with the base. After some reading on this site and a site our kiwi brothers have, will probably experiment with a pot still and molasses.
