Hello every one on this forum. I 'm glad there is an Aussie equlivent to Home distiller. I have been making neutrals and some flavored as well. Looking forward to swapping some experiences and experiments. The only tying is I only have the net on the phone and it bitch typing.
Thanks for the reply to The e mail mcstill.

Thanks mcstill.
Just finished a strip run on an ujssm. About to start a reflux run on a bran wash. Pitched yeast about an hour and a half ago on a 55 l bran wash, 25 l bran wash, 25 l corn flake wash and the 7 th gen ujssm. All are bubbling great guns. Never really had any stall or get infected which is great seeing I havent been using any cleaning chems, just boiling water.

Over the next month I will be having a go at building a bok. And sorting out a larger boiler. Should all go well and might do a step by step if any one is interested.

Once again I must say I am glad to see an Aussie community.

Happy stillin all.
