I'm looking for a scrap dealer up here. I want some 2" copper but I can't find any mention of sales to public on their websites. Do all dealers sell? Or are they not supposed to? Any advice welcome.

Pick up the phone? Pretty certain Sim's is a no.
Not all dealers sell, many wont let you walk in the yard now either, show up in boots n hi vis for your best shot at that, it may vary with who is in charge at that minute.
Try gumtree n market place, small time buyers advertise there and you might get lucky with something they have picked up.
