Decided this Christmas I’d go a little off center and start a nice bouchet. So while fumbling about with a prime rib for supper I warmed some honey for 8 hours, til it was nice and chocolate color. Added my chemicals and water. Off to the rodeo. Christmas bouchet. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I need a good receipe for mead got a couple buckets of crystralized honey I need to do something with ~x(
