Millers chill clone

Postby Kashie » Wed Jun 02, 2021 11:01 pm

While waiting for my still to be delivered putting in a couple homebrew beers. Doing a coopers stout and also looking for a recipe for a millers chill type beer with a hint of lemon lime flavours and aroma. Preferably using extracts not all grain recipes at this point in time. Bottled a really nice ginger beer last night so want to keep the brews coming.
Cheers kev

equipment: Don't have any equipment completely new to this but am very keen to learn as much as possible and to hopefully have a setup that will make some good product.

Haven't tried Miller's chill but maybe cordials might work to add the lemon lime flavour. Tang used to be a cordial mix in powder form.
I made Blackberry Stout and that turned out well ( Cooper's Stout can with weetbix and blackberry jam - on this site - posted by Beardrinkshome brew). I added some blackberries that had been used to make a fruit gin as well.
Can you share your ginger beer recipe?

Cheers
