Lawnmower - Pilsner thin but not light

Howdy,

1st edition of this little beauty... just a quick experiment before going back to all grain Pilsners

Breiss 1.5kg Pilsen light malt
500gm Rice malt Syrup
Dex to SG 1040 = expect 4% or a tad under
pinch DAP & Epsom
EC1118 yeast cos it's super clean, fast, no offies, no dicetyl rest

Hops...will be big floral aroma numbers...Galaxy flowers, Citra and Saaz pellets...no bittering hops

Perfect for ....I just finished cutting the fucking lawns and it's 42c :D

That's an interesting combo.
I'd be very interested to know how it goes with all those aroma hops and that yeast.
Love your sense of adventure :shifty:

It filtered up a treat yesterday and into a bulk primed keg...

Big aromas, very very light coloured, good FG too.

Will let you know in a couple of weeks..bout my turn for cutting the lawns :D
