Hello all,

Just wondering has any one had a crack at the CO2/Nitrogen mix beer gases?

Not un happy with Dex bulk primed kegs ad CO2 for dispensing... The attraction is this claimed much finer more sustained bubble.

keen to hear your thoughts.

Havnt tried but from what i gather it works great for guiness/ kilkenny style of beers. I have seen someware that you can get an attachment for your beer tap that will produce a finer bubble

The bar I work switched to this mix (cellar mix) to combat excessive gassiness in the pours. It worked well, we mostly have coopers, apple cider etc. :teasing-blah:

I haven't tried that but I carb and dispense with co2 and seems to work good. I don't drink any beers like guiness though, I mainly drink ales and lagers

You can't carbonate a keg with the cellarmix ie pub gas which is usually 40% CO2 in nitrogen.

Great for pouring though :handgestures-thumbupleft:
