Much appreciated. OK I'm on it for the stouts and a wheat due to be done this week.

Bit of an omission here... being a smoker I rely on a few mates who don't for getting the final opinions on my spirits. Pity neither of them like a decent beer to taste test...geez imagine asking a VB drinker if a craft ag beer is ok.. WOFTAM

Easy to over do it though. I use about 50g in a 23lt batch.

Yes yes yes, love pale choc in my apa ( less bitter than regular choc)

Just trailing another lalvin V1116 which reportedly is good for ferments 10-35C...we'll find out no doubt.

Anything fermented over 20 will throw mondo esters...ok if you want that, ie hefes or saisons, but not good in a pilsner
