Never done this before but I will try and make two batches tomorrow (all grain) an american amber and an IPA each being about 60 liters. Going to have to get up early :(

doing simular . as i need a big fermenter for my whiskey and i have a beer in there at the moment it has to be keged then finaly a single malt allgrain brew on tomorrow with a extra 2 kg of dme to boost the brew just hope it all works out . ???? does safbrew whiskey yeast brew right down i am just curious
