This is a great little recipe which is very simple to make:

First Generation
Ingredients
  • 2 Large boxes of Nutrigrain (800g)
  • 5 Kg Raw sugar
  • 25 L water
  • Lowan's yeast

Each Subsequent generation
  • 5Kg sugar
  • 5L Backset
  • 1 box of Nutrigrain (800g)
  • top up with water to the 25L mark
  • pour the cooled water/Backset/sugar back onto the lees
Same as before.... once the ferment has finished, run it thru your still. Then combine it with your other generations
This should take around a week to ferment. once its finished, Run it thru the bubbler or Pot Still and age on Oak till your happy with the flavour :handgestures-thumbupleft:
after about the 3rd Generation, I would start taking some of the spent NutriGrain out of the fermenter ( around a couple of Litres.
Enjoy Folks :handgestures-thumbupleft:
