Clinton how do they run what power etc will they handle?

equipment: 2" pot with 2" shotty 400mm long 5x 1/2" on a t500 boiler.
50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

Hi Bluc,

I have only just started my distilling journey, so still a newby. I have only done 3 runs in total but each time they ran really well and bubbled away. I ran them mixed with other plates including 5, 1 inch caps over 3/4 inch and a 3/4 inch down comer as well as mixed in some runs with a 600mm packed section (ss scrubbers and copper mesh). Each run was with 2 x 3600w elements but I can't hold full reflux with 7200w. I hope that answered your question.

equipment: 118L SS boiler with a copper 4 Inch, 8 bubble plated column and a 650mm packed section complete with a carterhead and gin basket.
35L SS boiler with a copper 2 Inch pelican pot and gin basket.

I do have photos of progress on my 4" plate...somewhere.
I'll have a dig through the PC and my phone and upload them to my build thread.
