O.K, Just finished my second run since the last post.
Happy to report that I have had two great runs & solved the problems I was having. :dance:
Slowed the water flow through the product condenser so it warms up a bit before going
through the reflux condenser & no more surging & huffing from the output.
Use low heat input to load the plates & collect fores & heads then crank the heat up full
noise & the plates are stable.
