Looks like Lowans are starting to make a return, at least in my local Col's.

I've picked up another cannister yesterday as well.
And there was another box behind then one I was reaching into.

Cracks me up every time I think of all the dickheads with 50kg of flour and 10kg of yeast they are stuck with and don’t know anything about making bread or brewing :laughing-rolling:

Hey guys,

Just did my first wash, which was a TPW. I used McKenzie instead of Lowans yeast and as I've nothing to compare against, I'm wondering if there's any difference between the two?

Thanks

No difference other than size of container 200g V 280g

I have also used a slice of bread when i ran out of yeast once.

There was a slight shortage in some areas last year around March/April/May
But they bounced back quickly
