Fine tune gas

Postby MaxTT » Fri Aug 26, 2016 5:25 am

I have a Rambo gas burner which does not allow the fine adjustment I would like when running the still. I am sure I remember someone posting a pic of a bit of gear that went between the reg and the burner And allowed for more precise gas control, but I cant find the post, and I cant find a similar product anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers

:laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: I would have thought that by buying a RAMBO anything you weren't looking for fine control :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

Wasn't that the point of Rambo!?!?

Anyway, best way to find info specific to this hobby is to use the "Search our Site" at the top; well that's my experience. General Google will point you in the direction most people go (by popularity) but that doesn't alway help you here!

One post I found, talks about a HP regulator in this post. It may not have all the answers (sorry I don't use gas) but it may help you along... Good luck

Wow, who would ever have thought to use "search this site" :teasing-neener:
Thanks for the link though.

I couldn't think of the term, but a bit more googling pointed me here:

You'd be surprised how many people miss that search ANC use the one at the top right of the page. I did!

Was One of those annoying times when you know you have seen the post but can't find it, because it was a couple of pages into a thread about a slightly different topic!

try and remember key words and phrases from where you remember it, or a certain member tha was on the topic, then search their posts till you find it. there are ways to narrow it down :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Since having a kid I've found the easiest thing is to screenshot any interesting / handy info.
