A mate asked if I could make something like Bundaberg dark and stormy rum, anyone know of an essence that tastes close?

A Dark & Stormy is a carbonated cocktail. I know that Bundaberg do produce it as a RTD but it's just Bundy and ginger beer with a splash of lime.
As it is a carbonated drink you are going to have to add some soda water in some stage of the production.
It just seems to me the easiest way to do it is get a Queensland style rum essence and just make that and then make the cocktail in the glass with Bundy ginger beer and squeeze some lime in.
If you want to make the full RTD, you will need a sodastream or if you keg beer, a carbonation cap, and mix your rum, Buderim ginger cordial, some lime juice and water then carb it up.
