Dont do full bottes. Get some very accurate small scales and some eyedropers and work out whats nice before making somethig you may end up re running :puke-huge: (especially with an air still?). You will need the scales if you want to do herbs for gins n stuff anyways.

Most of the flavour bottes will do more than the amount listed comfortably, some need more flavouring added, depends on your tastes. Try different amonts of glucose to get the thickness right.

Mrs likes the rocky road & turksh delight type of things now and then... ill work on a propper trurkish delight with rose water eventually, but I think rocky road can wait lols

Hi guys, i have tried a bunch of the typical HBS brands but have found the ones from here are outstanding. https://keithemms.com/

Again its all personal but I would give it a go, they are made for the T500 reflux

Cheers

As a bit of a newbie I've been experimenting with essences and so far have used:

SS Classic Whisky (green box)
Edwards single malt
Willards premium whisky.

However, a mate has put me onto a brand that I really like better than all of these. The brand is called Gold Medal and they make three whisky essences. There's Gallaher's which is essentially and Irish Whiskey, there's Darroch which is essentially a peated single malt and McGregor's. I prefer these over all that i've tried. The SS kit where you create your own profiles sounds interesting.
