You probably won't see anymore big changes to our boilers, the main thing I want to do is just get them a little lower, so it's only a matter of lifting the drain up and getting the legs shortened a bit. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Here's another version of the Blockhead I put together today, the overall height is only 1065mm :handgestures-thumbupleft:

The more I see and think about these rigs the more I like them. :D

BTW: the 6" x 4" reducer in the pic is only 120mm long ;-)

Mac,

At 3am while I should have been sleeping I had a thought...
Any chance the tees could be 20-30mm shorter? That would get you the 100mm you are looking for?

Cheers,

Mech.

What about a 4 inch bend instead of 2 inch. Then put the reducer in above the PC

The still is as short as practically possible, I dont want to change a thing with it.... So much easier, economical & versatile if I just chop 100mm off the boiler legs & have the center drain hug the bottom... I can get about 130mm by doing this, then everyone gets the advantage not just a single model of still ;-)

Yeah it's good to see them popping up  I recon they look cool, they certainly perform perfectly and they save a bit of head room.
