Can anyone recommend a place for a 15 amp voltage controller. Im looking at 100 litre boilers for single pass all grain runs to reduce time,i have the power available and need to sort out a controller options.
Looking at running a 2400 a 3600 watt element. .
I currently use 5 star controllers on the 50 litre so can use one of those as required but needing a bigger one.
Cheers

I use these:
https://homebrewsg.myshopify.com/produc ... controllerKegland brand but they don't sell them anymore. Annoying that they come with a 10amp socket, but that doesn't truly matter if your cables support the higher load. I just chucked a 10amp plug on my chunky 15amp cables with lots of mm2 of copper in them.

That’s a 10amp controller , don’t be fooled by the 4000 watt label.
Our unit is exactly the same but I have the 4000 removed because it’s misleading .
They will run a 3600 for a very short time before overheating

Mmm okay, I did notice the heat but have had no issue on 15 amp extensively. Might be because mines mounted on metal and soaking up the heat?

Yea i did notice that, i forgot the new 100 litre pots have 3 element ports, so I'm going to run 3x 2400w each with a controller so save on confusion of elements and more control. I think thats more than enough power anyway. Thanks everyone.
