Bending a heater

Can a heater be re-bent?
The reason I'm asking is, if this heater was a little bit narrower it would fit down the mouth of a keg.

equipment: 2-1/2" packed CM, Basic pot-still with a thumper, Hybrid stills etc.
I like to build things, if it doesn't work, I'll take it apart and redo it.
If it worked, I'll take it apart and redo it anyway.

No, unless it's an element specifically made for bending, don't bend it
You'll possibly shift the internal spiral and it could arc against the external sheath and go kapow
