Whiskey Helmet Pot still v Modular Pot Still

@Stig

I was going to phone and/or text you about the differences between the 4" Whiskey Helmet Pot still v 4" Modular Pot Still.

BUT, then i thought perhaps it would be better to enquire on the forum here in case other people might have the same question.

I know the copper Whiskey helmet looks very cool. (it would be a great looking addition sitting in my little hobby room :laughing-rolling:
I can also assume that it would help a long way in avoiding puking up the column.
But that's about as far as my limited knowledge goes.

4” modular is a gateway to building a bubbler.
Copper whiskey Helmet is a pat still that can’t be modified.
There is no benefit putting a helmet below the plated columns other than looking cool.
But you don’t have the head height to add one in :teasing-neener:

Ahhh. But. If I got a second boiler, I have heaps of head height for a whiskey pot set up.

ROAD TRIP.

I'm heading north to escape the bitter lingering cold in Melbourne. I need a new 5star t shirt, because the one Stig sent me got chewed by our house rabbit.

If anyone in Melbourne wants free delivery from Brisbane down to eastern suburbs Melbourne, put your order in with Stig before Monday.

Only condition is, pick up will be from Berwick. No home Delively service. :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

I'll be back home after GF weekend.
