Hi every one I'm new of this forum and I want to know how I can do a good single malt whisky, so I tried to do it with a single pass in my Keg pot still but with a single pass I have a product with too much flavour, so I want to know if it's better to do multiple low wines run and reunion the products for another pass in the still and only now do the cuts and aging.
Sorry for my bad English, but can someone confirm if the process is exact? Thanks a lot
