A mate sent me a photo of he's simple pot still 9 gall keg with a few bits of 3/4 copper brass fittings and old up side down fire extinguisher and the product line is a bit of old air line hose and theres a bit of tin to keep the flames from the alcohol
You cant get much simpler than that

I think you might want to gently suggest he swaps out that product line for some copper tube.
Aside from that, once I recovered the initial shock :puke-huge: it looks like the keg tips on a cradle to empty which is quite a smart idea.

its just a condenser on a boiler, no lyne arm, no pot head/column. it is ultra primitive but it would still produce low wines (rough stuff though). Triple distilled it would finish ok I think ;-)
