There must be a bit of a craze going on these things lately, I just wish I could keep up 8-}

They're a versatile little unit, sorry for stuffing up and running out of element guards, bad timing on my part :angry-banghead:

You recommend two. :think: ?
Is that just to speed up the boil process?

I would go two for sure 2 x 2500 Watts to boil is about 45 to 50 minutes I believe 1 x2400 Watt element will take about 1 1/2 hrs in a 50 ltr keg to come to boil, and you can use the power if you decide to put an FSD bubble T on your pot.

Well some more little gifts arrived in the mail today.
Thanks again to Mac and FSD.
Cannot recommend you guys highly enough.
Ain't they a thing of beauty.
Took the advice of many and went the two 2400's
Will be getting this all sorted and then time to put down my first brew and give the T500 a well earned rest.
Happy Days.

Gonna get the fill port and elements sorted hopefully this weekend.

Don't know whether to start of with a neutral or get straight into it and have a crack at one of the tried and proven recipes.

Life is so hard. :laughing-rolling:

Either way I can't wait.

I've got a TPW sitting there. I was gonna throw it through the T500 but I'm think first up I might put it through the Pot.

I was thinking of having a crack at Mac's bourbon whiskey after that.
Decisions decisions. Probably get the fermenting running this weekend.

By the time the electrical work is done and I've and a run with the TPW, the BW should be ready to go. :-D
