little pot to go on reflux boiler

Ok so xmas is comin and i havent got my old man anything for years and hes keen on all things ive been talkin about hes been stillin with a super reflux for nearly 10 years so i thought ill make a lil pot head to go on his boiler ive stolen the design from the t500 pot head it simple and all fittings i will either try to tig it or borrow a mapp gas off a mate

The whole unit just needs welding together tig or mapp gas

Forget tig welding it mate just solder it, a hell of a lot easier.

Not sure one of the blokes at work just brought one i was only thinking tig because thats what i have at home tryn to get a mapp gas through work fingers crossed

Well i got a mapp gas off a mate tonight and ive welded it together ill add some 1/2 for the water inlet and outlet.give it a flap up to clean it up.a little and add some water fitings give it a good clean with citric acid and do a cleaning run on my boiler before i pack it up for the old man for xmas with a set of how to instructions also depending on his element size ill make up a voltage controller as well

Im planning on doin that monday night i need to strain it and i have some staino mesh at work that will be perfect
and i only have 4 cut jars i need some more tom paste for.my tpw and the reject shop has 6 500ml jars for $7 so ill drop past on my way home and grab some i was hoping that 18 should be enough ill take about a litre off as heads and then use the cut jars
