Just loved the design of Pelican when i first saw the post photo.......
So i made two in 2" copper and all done with silver solder...............
Changed the way the eazy flange is made to just flatten the 1/4 copper pipe solder the flange on then use a bench belt sander to grind it flat........
The 2" lobster back bend is cut with tin snips from a paper pattern at 11 1/4 degrees and also ground flat than silver soldered....
Than also grind the excess solder from the outside of the pipe...........
But it does take time, the 45* bend is a flanged cooper pipe cut to 11 1/4 degrees, one lobster bend and also the 2" to 1" reducer is cut at 11 1/4*...........
Than added a 1/2" pipe for the breather with a 90* bend facing down inside the parrot
This little bend only took about 8 hours
