Can anyone see any issue with using these in the columb?
Will it hinder the vapor flow and is there Enough copper in path?
I Put them with a piece of 2inch scrap to give an idea of size. Thank you for any input

I would use them no dramas at all, they'll induce a little reflux but that can be a good thing. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Yup they should work fine.....Id still throw a hand full of copper in the boiler for both stripping and spirt runs........Those big stills in the old distilleres werent made of all copper just for looks.

Cut all my stainless up tonight, will hopefully weld it this week. I hope someone can advise if there is any flaws in the design.

Will the height or leangth across cause any issues (apart from balance), is the line narrowing down alright and should I use a 20 mm inner with 25/32 mm jacket or 16mm with 20 /25 jacket Lieberg? The condenser I already made, I doubt I will use.
Thank you for any advice.

The 20mm line will be cut down when I know what I'm doing with condensor
