Ok Mr Smarty Pants,we all know that you always have to tinker with designs.I'm sure that you have a few 'variations' in the back of your mind running around  I spose we'll see when it's finished....but then again, they're never really finished, are they :laughing-rolling:

The problem I have is ceiling height in my shed, I cant really determine what I'll be doing with the column until my new boiler arrives.

But there will be a sight glass on the bottom of the column for sure, eventually :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Site glass at the bottom? What visual reference will be most helpful from that location?

It'll be in a home made bubble ball kinda contraption :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Will also be able to put it at the top or the middle of the column for experimenting

Just gotta get my boiler from the welder and I can put this thing together :crying-blue:

If height is going to be an issue - search out minimes latest builds, he is splitting the vapour to the condenser and the take off with a 1" T at the top of the column. Reduces the overall height.
