Looking for new still (turbo 500 currently)

Postby McCraggen » Fri May 29, 2020 3:10 pm

Hey guys,

I have reached the and of the line with the turbo 500 and im looking to upgrade

I want to make vodka and whisky and I want about a 50L capacity. Budget is nothing too lavish.

Has anyone got a place to peruse some new stills?

Cheers,

How important is the vodka? If you can make do with a pot short term buy the 4" pot from 5 star and upgrade to bubbler bit by bit? Or look at a 2" boka you can pot still with it as well or build a ccvm very simple build hardest bit is the coil condenser.

Hi McCraggen
I have a FSD 2" boka and pot. There is a thread here on the boka. It produces high quality neutral at 95%. Modular so cost effective. Happy to answer any questions you might have about my set up.
Cheers

Have you considered making it yourself?

A simple pot still is fairly easy.
