How I run boka reflux

Have a digiboil 65l with a four to two reducer and was really struggling with the time frame turning into a two day event to process. I run water from rainwater tank with 17000l an hour pump . Hooked up to a power controller I boil it on 3500 w then turn off the 1000 500 w switches so it's running on 2000w boiler power alone then using the 15amp power controller back it down until I no longer see vapour coming from parrot which is around 180volts . Certainly been a learning curve from the turbo 500 but seems to working well now I think I have me head around , I strip neutral on potstill first ..
