Essencia Still Experiment 2

The second experiment with the modded still was run today. Changes added included insulating the lid and the top half of the urn.

Thermometers were set up in the incoming cold and still return lines to give a more direct cooling flow control and monitoring.

Result: Corrected ABV of 94%!, a further 1 % increase on the initial experiment.
