How does she go ?

Hi G&T,

I've only run it once, 'cause I've only done one gin run. It went really well, I'm very pleased with how it performed :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I have neutral put aside for another couple of runs, finding the time is a problem, so many things to try.

If you're thinking of building one, the pipe came from the big green shed, the fittings from plumbing supplies, and the stainless to
copper ferrule from 5 Star. I drilled the Tee's out to slip over the 1/2" inner pipe. I used the same T500 boiler Stig posted a pic of
earlier, with most of the same fittings from the 5 Star pot still.
